These 10 steps are amazing in wisdom and helpful guidance. I love how Natalie continues to encourage us to be an adult who thinks, chooses, and loves for ourselves. "You dont need to be rescued by someone else . You need to be empowered to be the adult that God created you to be and to rescue yourself. " Not an exact quote. From about 3:00 to 5:00 -- I repeated that part several times. She clearly describes the essence of the matter and where to begin.

Thank you. Natalie I am stuck on step 9.999. I have crippling learned helplessness. I literally do need someone to drag me to an attorney appointment. I have requested friends to drag me and they have tried. One has even sent an email to make the appointment for me. And I do need to leave. I am in a toxic nightmariage. I am in hell. I’ve been here for almost 25 years. I must escape or I will die like this. Can you suggest a podcast for making myself save myself? Please. I swear I have gone through all the other steps. Nothing is holding me here except my mental illness. I’m a battered woman. I’m barely able to make myself get out of bed. I just want to be die and give up. I literally need help. How to I MAKE MYSELF leave this hell. Money is not an issue. My brain is broken. That is the issue.

I'm so sorry you're going through this pain. My heart goes out to you! I think Natalie's online membership program for Christian women in emotionally abusive marriages would be helpful for you. You can learn more at www.joinflyingfree.com So many women have said the same about themselves - that they are stuck - and after they go through the program, they are flying free. I hope it helps! -Aimee, Flying Free Community Support
