Cheese and Egg Toast (Baked)
Ingredients:
1 slice of bread
40g shredded cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Instructions:
1.Use a spoon to press the center of the bread slightly to form a depression.
2.Crack the egg into the depression and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
3.Place the bread in a preheated oven and bake at 240℃ with both upper and lower heat for about 4 minutes until the surface is golden.
4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Cheesy Ham Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
Butter, as needed
2 slices of ham
Shredded cheese, as needed
1 egg yolk
Steps:
1. Spread butter on both slices of bread, and place one slice of ham on top of one of the slices of bread.
2.Place the other slice of bread on top to make a sandwich, and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top of the sandwich.
3.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 4 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
4.Place an egg yolk in the center of the cheese, and bake for an additional 1.5 minutes (or until cooked to your liking).
Cheese Lava Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice of sandwich bread
300 ml water
180 g of store-bought soup block
60 ml fresh cream
120 g shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1.Cross cut the bread and then make straight cuts with a knife without separating the bread (all four corners should be cut).
2.Use a spoon to make an indentation in the center of the bread.
3.Pour 300 ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the soup block and stir until it is completely dissolved. Add fresh cream and shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
4.Secure the bread surface with a bamboo skewer and fill the center with the cheese sauce, then remove the skewer.
5.Preheat the oven to 200°C with both upper and lower heat. Place the bread in the oven and bake for about 7 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
Egg and Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice of sandwich bread
40 g shredded cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Instructions:
1.Spread a little oil in a frying pan and add the egg, then place the bread on top. Fry over low heat for about 30 seconds.
2. Remove the bread when the egg on top is slightly cooked (do not break the egg).
3.Heat the frying pan, add the shredded cheese and heat until the cheese is slightly melted.
4.Place the bread from step 2 (with the egg facing down) on top of the melted cheese and fry for about 1 minute.
5.Flip the toast over when the cheese is golden brown, and fry the other side for about 40 seconds until crispy. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
French Maple Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice of thick bread
100 ml fresh milk
2 eggs
20 g unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
Instructions:
1.Mix the eggs and fresh milk together to make a milk and egg mixture.
2. Place the bread in the mixture and press lightly to soak it for about 3 minutes.
3.Heat a frying pan and add the unsalted butter over low heat. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown, then set aside.
4.Pour maple syrup over the bread and serve.
White Sauce Ham and Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of sandwich bread
Butter as needed
Italian seasoning as needed
2 tablespoons of store-bought white sauce
1 slice of smoked ham
Shredded cheese as needed
2 eggs (for making soft-boiled eggs)
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan and add the butter until melted.
2. Place the bread in the frying pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and turn off the heat.
3.Spread white sauce on the bread, then place the shredded cheese on top. Place one slice of bread on top of the other, with the smoked ham between them.
4. Place the sandwich in a preheated 200°C oven and bake for about 6 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
4. Boil 2 eggs in water for about 6 minutes until soft-boiled. Peel the eggs and place them on top of the sandwich to serve.
Sweet Marshmallow Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of thick bread
1 tablespoon of butter
200 g marshmallows
Instructions:
1.Press down the center of each slice of bread.
2.Place the bread in a preheated 200°C oven and bake for about 4 minutes until the bread is slightly crispy.
3.Heat a frying pan and add the butter until melted.
4.Place the marshmallows in the frying pan and stir until melted.
