It would be nice to have a one-off 20 year anniversary special that would reunite the whole cast (including Jonny!) one last time. So many unanswered questions. Did Donna have cancer? Did Gaz ever return from travelling the world? Is Janet still unaware that Corinthian isn’t Jonny’s?

I thought Janet knew Corinthian was Gaz's baby. I don't remember Donna having a cancer scare. I also wonder how well Billy and Cassie and would have got on and how well Tim and Leonard would have got on. Also would have Graham (Cassie's ex) ever come back?

@@richard29415 Gaz decided not to tell Janet after Jonny died because it would upset her even more. In the last or second-last episode Donna thought she was pregnant and went to the doctors. She wasn’t but they found something else of concern and needed to do more tests, that’s why she couldn’t leave Runcorn to go traveling with Gaz in the end, though she didn’t tell him why. Very sad way to end a sitcom.

Yeah you're right it was a really sad ending, Gaz leaving the country with Donna crying at the airport. I really wish Johnny had stayed in the series longer, I love his sense of humour and the way he said things 😂 Also Andy was a cool character. I felt REALLY sad and tearful for him when Donna and Johnny went round his house when he started talking about Janet. Been there, done that, worn the t-shirt with someone I really liked who doesn't like me.
