I knew about the bone heart! (Such a weird sentence.) Mary was such a cool lady, sounds like she was far ahead of her time.

I wonder if the reason why she is speaking unnaturally fast is because she had committed to an arbitrary time limit.

Your hilarious 😄 Well put. You have a creative way of expressing your thoughts and the accounts of Mary & Percy Shelley. Love it. I'm sure Mary would be pleased. As being a member of the Shelley family. I'm so happy that people are taking a interest her. As with most women in my family, seem to have the largest impact in world. I guess you can say that most of the talent lies in the women of the Shelley family.

Wow so many opinions so aggressively voiced about something as arbitrary as the speed at which I talk. Wish y'all cared that much about Mary Shelley.
@nakyum696 жыл бұрын
We cared about Mary Shelley. But how could we care more about Mary if your talking so fast that we cant keep up. YOU talk faster than my wifi. You should take criticism Seriously if you want people to like your more and come back to your channel to Watch some more of you videos.

To be honest, If you want people to Know more, Express the facts moderately because not all people can keep up to your Speed, Especially those who like to understand it moderately that it gives them time to imagine the scenario.

This isn't to sound rude, but if everyone has the same criticism then maybe you should take it into consideration. I enjoyed the video but I have to agree that for most of it, it was hard to keep up with the speed at which you were talking. Also, the jump cuts made it more difficult as it made most of the sentences blend together and I had to keep going back to understand what you said. Thank fully we have a playback speed option for KZbin, but we shouldn't need to use it for something like this.

Mary is the monster who killed women and children because she was created by a man without God. 14, having an affair with a married man, pregnant at 16. Baby dies. Percy's pregnant wife kills herself while pregnant. Half sister kills herself. Great author, but maybe a cautionary tale about what happens when an atheist and a feminist spawn a party girl. Love your vid Mackenzie but you kinda glossed over the real scary stuff. The stuff that was true...
@ViolentFEAR6 жыл бұрын
So how is Mary responsible for all that stuff?
@jamesgiguere66206 жыл бұрын
I'm not saying she is responsible, she is. That is the symbolism created in the tale.
@ViolentFEAR6 жыл бұрын
Her life is not a "tale".

Lemme explain: A possibly over ambitious biographical critique of Frankenstein casts the Creature as Mary, herself, whereby she is saying that she is the monster that did all those dreadful thing. That is the tale I referred to. Explore the parallels between her bio and the novel.
