Actually he didn't cancel the tour. He was perfectly OK with it until it was brought to their attention that the world was not ok with it. Their insurance company dropped them making every venue cancel all of their shows. The Australian government pulled their visas and asked them to leave. Kyle's agent dropped him! It's pretty bad for them. But for them to say that they canceled their tour is misleading

I honestly don't think Jack has a mean bone in his body. If he had been critical of Gass' "joke" on stage, I think it would've made things terribly awkward in what was supposed to have been a wholesome moment.
