Oh indeed! It’s awful. I used to live in a condo where the next door neighbors smoked Skunk Weed constantly! The stench would come through strongly in the vents in the laundry room and also from any vent near a connecting wall. … I never complained because smoking and now smoking weed are permitted in NJ, but I suffered and subsequently moved. Skunk weed is the worst. It’s so bad IMHO I have no idea why anyone would WANT to smoke it. 🤢 🤮

My dog is a Hearing Dog. At home, he alerts me to things I can’t hear. But that said, even though he is trained for that, I don’t take him out with me on errands as a Service Dog. I have my hubby for that - Service Husband. 😁

Bc if her age i don't think it's the marijuana. it's from smoking cigarettes heavily for a long time before marijuana came into the picture. She's probably dealing with COPD. Many of them sound like her. IDK but if she switched to marijuana to get off of cigarettes, she made a far worse choice bc it's more damaging to the lungs than cigarettes.

Her dogs are emotional support animals, which, by law, landlords in my state can't tell you not to have. You just need a signed statement from a doctor(psychiatrist, psychologist) saying they are ESA's(emotional support animals). Service animals are different.

Gonna rant for a second; Feel so bad for those who have genuine service/guide dogs. People who outright abuse the privilege (and “register” any dog, even completely untrained) are giving them a terrible reputation. Really don’t blame the hesitation many companies/stores have about letting “service dogs” inside their buildings anymore. Cause like I said before; been seeing such a burst in the amount of people abusing the privilege with out of control dogs. I know people aren’t supposed to ask what the disability is. But there should be a special badge (that can’t recreated. Has to have some sort of seal or special imprint on it) at least that a genuine service/guide dog earns. - Idk… just something that distinguishes them/separates them from the clearly untrained dogs someone just registers for a few bucks online. Feel like that would really help.

She was pulling at the LL for telling her not to have three dogs. Service Dogs can be approved by legal means, according to the housing code laws and the state housing codes. Tenant cannot just make a pet an SD, they have to be trained to be a SD and only one dog for that person, not three.
