nah man, ogs PS1 Tenchus was done by Acquire, only several sequels developed not by them got published by Fromsoftware in jap when Acquire lost their right to series, but then they developed Shinobido on PS2 as spiritual successor of ogs where evolved some aspects while Tenchu franchise sadly got stagnated

Tenchu 1 and 2 developed by acquire but tenchu 3 and later installment developed by fromsoftware. Fromsoftware interested with tenchu, so they buy tenchu license from acquire and thats why since tenchu 3 the developer is fromsoftware
