Grinding red chillies in vinegar and sugar would b more advisable

Emilia, Grinding Masala is another way of doing it, but there are lots of people who don't like to grind masala but make it with powders. This recipe will be preferred by them. Especially people living abroad where it is difficult to get the whole red Kashmiri chillies. Do try this recipe, you can't really tell it's made without ground paste. 🙂
