Sutan is so expressive with her face! I love her and the way you guys play together. Her little “oishiis” melts my heart. ❤️ This tendon looks so good, I really want to try it! Can I ask a question though about the tempura? Could you do a video with a view of the bowl as you mix so I can see what it should look like before there is gluten? I always over-mix my batter. Also- may I request a video showing us how to make kakiage? I love kakiage, I always use sweet potato and kabocha, but like I said, it always ends up with gluten batter. Hello Moe & Sutan! I would love to see Zōsui (雑炊) because it will be flu season soon and I hope everyone can make something like this to recover well.
