Never would have thought to build Teneb like this. Why reanimate your own creatures when you can kill and reanimate your opponents' creatures? I dig it.

I mean your deck become realy fair cause it's only as strong as an opponents deck. As well as you have a lot of interaction with your oppenets. And if all else fails go dragon beat down

In the upcoming Time Spiral Remastered set, we may see some new versions of them, alternatively i would like to see a return and completion of the Lair land cycle.

@@ztykowork Time Spiral Remastered is a reprint set, is it not? Like Khaladesh Remastered, Tempest Remastered and Amonkhet Remastered. It will have Time Shifted cards with the old frame, tho. So excited for those!

Pathway Arrows would help make this deck better so that you can kill whatever creature your opponent controlls without them having to attack or block. (Yes, I know it takes 2 mana to be able to activate it along with tapping the equipped creature, but it's worth it as a backup kill switch.)

you can put in Reconnaissance, that way, you can deal the damage with Teneb and then pull him back, its basicly vigilance, but if something blocks and kills him, you can pull him back before damage is dealt too. such a good card, I play it in my Edgar Markov deck.

Great deck tech. I have a similar type of deck and have found great success with avatar of woe. It often costs only (b)(b) due to the reduction, and it is a great assassin.

I absolutely love this deck. I had an outline for a 5 color destruction deck with the same premise using the reaper king but I have been getting really bored with tribal (I have so many already) and this would be a lot more fun for me to run! Thanks Mitch 😁

I'd include Wall of Glare. It's budget, it's easy to get out, and it can block any number of creatures. Buff it and give it deathtouch, even better... or indestructible... if not, just bring it back with Taneb.

This is pretty close to the idea I had for my first commander deck 8 years ago. It started out as a tariel deck but I changed it to a teneb deck because green gave me access to a few things that helped with reanimating things. I also made it with a no zombie restriction because I wanted to make it a true resurrection deck. I actually rarely used the commander though.

The links are down, so I'm making that suggestion assuming these cards are not already present in the decklist themselves (both the budget and upgrade) : Ravenous Chupacabra and Meteor Golem are obvious picks when it comes to destroying things on ETBs. Tetzimoc, Primal Death can be surprisingly powerful, too.

if the budget is a bit higher or if the card get a meaningful reprint (or someone already has them): Apex Altisaur Super fun if you reanimate it^^ budget version would be Thorn Mammoth. But I guess one would rather see a bauble :D Back for More sound like something cheap that fits the deck too.

For some reason the links didn't work for me so I don't know if you put her in, but Sheoldred the Whispering one. In a 4 pod she kills 3 creatures on your upkeep for the dragon and reanimates one from your graveyard at the same time
