Many thanks for your video, I've done these before but this is the first time utilising Oxford EL690's, I've always used R&G here in the UK as they are good quality and half the price but unfortunately don't do Adventure specific grips which are a bit longer. Thank You.

Great video, well edited. Thanks for sharing. Curious to see how well the suppled super glue holds up. Saw another video where they said to use Gorilla glue because the supplied glue fails in short time. I will be ordering these for my T7 soon. Keep up the good work!

The supplied glue has been fine for me in the past. I dint like using gorilla glue because it foams and expands.

@@PointsUnknownTV Yessir! I installed Oxfords on my Rally 300; I have Tusk Chub bars on that bike, and it was challenging (the left side was too tight and I had to file the inside of the grip and the right side has a throttle tube with ‘bumps’ on it, so I had to sand that down and also file the inside of the right grip). It looks like it’ll be MUCH easier on my T7! On my Rally, the Oxfords with Hippo Hands spoiled me…so I need to show the big brother the same love! 🤙😎

Yeah. I'm a big fan of heated grips. And I did my own version of DIY hippo hands kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5CmdZyPnbZ7eassi=npNDB9AHNzJrQ6xb. How do you like the HH? Are they worth the money?

@@PointsUnknownTV Yep. The Hippo Hands were not cheap but WAY better than expected…I have the medium size (rogue, I believe). I can swap them between bikes in a couple of minutes and they work equally as well on either bike. Combined with heated grips, they’re just awesome. I like to ride with my summer Klim gloves, and I can do that just fine and in total comfort with Oxfords and the Hippo Hands down to 30 Degrees F.
