What engine bars did you go with ? The bike is in Southern California now and I live in Northern California so I am waiting for the phone to ring . Ordered the black one but I do like the Ceramic Ice also .

Hey Jon ! Pretty sure it's Jon. About 6 weeks wait for me in the US. I appreciate your videos. I figure I'll be doing some really long distance at some point...so I picked up Givi hard cases (less almost 50% OEM cost). From CT, USA

The T7 is just arriving in the states. A handful of people have already gotten them but for the most of us who pre-ordered the bike we are still waiting for delivery.

American living in Thailand. Been waiting for the t7 for a year to explore Thailand. Settled for a Tracer 900 GT. Sadly to report Yamaha in Asia is a Magor dishonest rippoff in many ways. Yamaha refuse to take responsibility for false advertising and scams here. Because of all that happened I'm hesitant to go down that path again. I did try the new Triumph 900 rally Pro. I was very impressed. Saying goodbye to Yamaha and hello to Triumph

The tenere 700 is supposed to be in United states dealers this june in 2020 and I have a 2016 Yamaha fjr1300es which has very good lights it also has led headlights and tail lights and turn signals

Do you find the clutch cable plastic guard on the right side of the engine annoying. I’m the same height 6,1, and on a test ride, that plastic guard rubbed on my shin quite a bit more than I’d like. Apart from that I loved the bike. Maybe I can just remove that guard? Any thoughts?

Great video. When it comes time to change the tyres have you given any thought as to what you would throw on, more road biased or off - road or simply stick with the originals. Secondly, the accessory bar , above the display, ( I presume to bolt a navigation device on to) is it, in your opinion strong enough ? Sorry That was 2 questions, im getting greedy! Stay safe. Steve

Two questions is allowed! I will answer both of these in the next video!

Yo! Great video! Own T7 as well. Did you have a problem of fuel leaking after dropping a bike offroad?
@RegularJon4 жыл бұрын
Nah it didn't leak! I've had it on it side with a full tank and it did dribble a little bit 😅
@trailrider19804 жыл бұрын
Sounds like normal overflow leak....

Not a fan of your KTM 790 style front fender. Think it really ruins a good rally style bike making it look like the old KLR 650. Subjective I know.

What we do in the name of KZbin views! I'd still be trying to pick the f@cker up! I wonder if road side assistance covers KZbin related issues...
@nickpaull23624 жыл бұрын
Did you try a 790 Adventure before you bought the T7? If you did what was better snout the T7?
@RegularJon4 жыл бұрын
I didn't try one actually 🤣 I'd love a go on one though!

pick up the bike with your back towards the bike/seat or you will injure yourself.

from the video it seems you did a weird lift. I'm a short skinny guy and already had to pick up my gf's t7 a few times.. butt on the seat backwards was the easiest imo neways.. keep up the vids
