Welcome to my very first attempt at a moto-vlog, riding the Tenere 700 on a short, late afternoon trip.
This is the bike i ride everywhere, from twisty roads to technical trails.

I will try do some wheelies. I cant do the longest ones, but i do them them to ride over obstacles, water and what not.

salut, pe fata am Michelin Anakee Wild si pe spate Mitas e10 momentan. Am avut Michelin si pe spate dar l-am omorat repede si la cat de scump am zis ca nu merita. Dar pe asfalt nu se compara gripul cu Mitas

When this video was made no, but i put in stiffer springs last week and it made a world of difference. Just staying higher in the travel helps out a lot. I would like to have high and low speed compression tho

@@WildGoatADV I am also considering stiffer springs for my T7 as I am a big guy with about 100kg and I don't want to spend 3k or more for a Tractive or Öhlins gear.

Salut! Presupun ca ai schimbat arcurile la suspensie, dupa cum mergi. Ce greutate ai si ce arcuri ai pus? Ma intreb daca la 75-80 kg cu echipament (fara bagaje), ajunge 80 NM sau ar fi bine sa pun 85. Problema la mine e pe spate, la orice saritura cat de mica, ajunge in capatul cursei. M-ar ajuta oare sa incetinesc compresia?

Salut, am 90kg(fara echipament) nu le-am schimbat inca, sunt comandate astept sa vina. Capat dau doar la sarituri mari sau gauri pe franare, lucrez mult si din maini si picioare. Am comandat arcuri K-tech, pe fata 6.3N iar spatele de 75( la indicatiile producatorului). In functie de producator o sa vezi si ce ti se potriveste ca duritate, trebuie sa existe un tabel undeva. Eu de obicei am doar o geanta de codita si un rucsac, daca ai bagaje multe intaresti preload pe spate. Cat despre compresie, clar poti sa dai ceva clickuri pe plus, ar trebui sa faca diferenta. Dar, cred ca arucurile originale nu sunt gandite pentru cineva care merge agresiv, chiar daca acea persoana are 80 kg cu echipament.

@@WildGoatADV Am inteles, mersi de raspuns. O sa ma joc cu compresia deocamdata. Pe fata mi se pare ok furca, dar pe spate probabil am compresia prea rapida si se duce rapid in capat sau aproape de capat la orice saritura. Cu arcul stock am preload-ul la 19/24 fara bagaje, cu 6cm sag (30% cat zice lumea). Daca pun si bagaje, nu cred ca scot sag-ul de 30% cu arcul stock

@@motoholic24 compresia doar "incetineste" sa zic asa comprimarea furcii. Arcul dicteaza la ce greutate rezista. Nici compresie nici preload nu sunt bune in limitele superioare. Sper ca nu gresesc cu nimic. Suspensiile mai high end au high speed si low speed compression, exact pentru problema ta, la impact mai mare sa nu lase sa ajunga in capat.

does this wind protect you to the head?how tall are you?also one more question,the stock suspensions can be softened?

Hi, i am 1.8m, the turbulence hits you right in the face, some times its better if you stand up. But most adv bikes do this. Stock suspension is pretty soft, factory makes it for 75kg rider. I just got my springs changed today for 90kg as i was bottoming it out constantly

@@WildGoatADV i test rode the rally version,the white,two days ago.havent riden this bike again.in the 27 years i ride,90% was bikes with 21" frond.so,you can understand that since 2019 i like this bike.but,the experience was not that pleasent,at least on road that i rode it.the wind noise over 100km/h was awuful.i coulndt even listen the exhaust.and in was an acro.my helmet,full face street helmet.i am i.80.and second,the suspensions,i found them too firm...i dont know.i wish i would like it more.maybe i should go for the transalp.

@@thodoris3790 in my opinion the suspension is too soft and i found it pretty comfortable. But you are right the wind is horrible, maybe windshield risers will help, i don`t know. But i think its one of the best adv bikes if you want to ride off road a lot.

@@WildGoatADV i wonder why this bike was so firm.anyway,i m not gonna do so much off road,and if i ll do will be easy.also in my area there are not forests and mountains.i live in the country side,but all are planted fields,so most of dirt roads are in properties,or roads with graver thats not anything special to ride.anyway enjoy you bike!
