we've stayed in the Grand Costa Adeja a couple of times and it's proper nice. The restaurant is huge and for a buffet style the quality was top notch. Massive pool area but there's a secret adults only rooftop pool area that is brilliant. It was peaceful and the sun beds were proper comfy. We loved it. We're similar to you guys. Just the two of us no kids so the adults only area was a god send.

We've stayed in the GF Gran twice and had a great time , it's a nice hotel but not a proper 5*, I think the Plantación is nicer but is reflected in the price. The Gran is really nice and is set to be refurbished later this year I believe so will probably be even better. I can imagine the price will go up too. It is really good value for money at the minute. Great vlog guys. 💕

Hi Guys, big fan of the vlog! Please can you help, we are looking at Tenerife for September, family of 3 with a 3 year old. Like the look of the Bouganville but am a bit overwhelmed with all the different areas. Could you recommend a hotel in the ‘main area’ where you can walk to shops, restaurants the beach etc. or just the best location to be where we don’t have to car or taxi to get places. Thank you!!!

Hey, thanks for watching. So many choose to be close to the ‘golden mile’ as this is a the main spot for restaurants/bars/beaches however this location might not suit everyone. Other areas do have the same things like restaurants etc but if your talking the main area then the golden mile will be it. In terms of hotels around that area for the family we have had family stay at the Bitacora and they loved it. You have the med palace that’s just reopened aswell as the Vulcano that many do rate. Hope all this helps and anymore questions please don’t hesitate to ask🙌

GF Gran is very nice. Lovely adults only pool on the rooftop with it's own bar! Due for a full refurb in January 2025 and I agreed it is needed. I stayed in July 2023 and it was very nice, though a little dated in areas, nothing wrong with anything just needs an update to keep up with some of the other 5 star hotels have on offer. I'd definitely return after the refurb, though costs will rise! The Med palace on the golden mile is due to reopen soon after nearly 2 years shut for a full refurb, be interested to see what that's like

Not sure. The hotel has cancelled two planned reopenings already. I'd guess September/October might be realistic for it to reopen. My guess only though
