Dude your channel is amazing, I really love how real your breakdowns are. So many channels where they pretend like all their shoots are top-secret endeavors and can't share anything about real shoots so it ends up being a lot of repeating the same few generalities over and over. You provide concrete real world examples and break them down thoroughly. Showing us how you get to the look you want shot by shot is invaluable.

Man, I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel. 2 videos in and I feel like I learned more than in 3 years on the job at a small agency. I do have one question! The shot you open the video on, that crazy orbit with lots of motion blur and a sort of time-lapse effect.... how did you do that? I have a Sony a7iii, is it something I might be able to replicate?

Hi! Very cool job! Thanks for the Breakdown. I’m a beginner in this field, and I’m very interested, before you came to shoot, did you have a ready-made plan for what to shoot? Who came up with this story, and how were the music and sound design chosen? It would be interesting to understand what happens before you come to shoot, and how post-production happens. Thanks!

Side question: is that an Akitv8 with the flowtech 75 supporting the Venice? I ask because I always thought the Venice might be a touch too heavy for that. Let me know if it was a case of "this isn't ideal but we will roll with it" or "this is actually fine". Thanks.
@TenfoldProduction10 ай бұрын
Not ideal, but worked for this project. It was a spec job, so just trying to keep things in a reasonable place. Works for most of our projects ( we use this combo a ton), but for bigger pans and tilt moves, an OConnor is going to be better.
