I spent most of the first half of my life in NYC and much of that on the subway. Mad props to everyone associated with this video, especially the videographer. I don't know if you all can appreciate that he had to be right there with every one of those skateboarders while keeping the shot composed and watching where he was going at the same time! I bet he cracked his head more than once. This is beautiful and everyone should see it.

That's a seriously primitive subway system they have in NYC if the voltage from the rail can kill you... I'm from Vancouver and you won't die if you fall on the tracks, there's even been situations where people try to commit suicide by getting ran over by the Skytrain, but most of the time they get rescued before it happens, and the voltage does nothing to them...
@madc864510 жыл бұрын
It was built in the 1800s so yep, it's still got some primitive aspects.
@TheShayRetards10 жыл бұрын
I don't know, all I know is that i've actually seen with my eyes people in the tracks before, and have heard of it multiple times. (Last time i've actually seen someone in the tracks was years ago, but someone I know is a security guard and they've gotten calls from the police about people being in the tracks)
@fewilly234310 жыл бұрын
TheShayRetards I know a multitude of graffiti writers who paint subway systems and I can tell you that whilst touching the third rail can kill you it mostly leaves you with a fairly extensive burn.
@StruggleGaming10 жыл бұрын
In most subway systems made mid 20th century they operate by a third electric rail the silver shiny normal track is fine is the black unmarked real that's the killer, it's not primitive is the reason why monorails and other higher grade rail systems exist they just run on top of the electric rail instead of alongside it
@StruggleGaming10 жыл бұрын

this was cool and all but i don't like what they did at the end when they were inside the conductors station and messing with knobs/levers. For all we know that could have been the door controls and someone could have been leaning on the doors (i always do that, until the train has stopped and i know its about to open).
