All the presidents and their spouses sat patiently listening intently to the eloquent eulogies honoring President Carter, with the exception of one. Trump sat hunched over most of the time fidgeting with the Memorial Program, his hangdog expression never changing once. The humorous jokes told by the speakers evidently went completely over his head as his expression never changed nor a smile ever passed his lips. This is the man millions of voters love and admire and re-elected to the highest office in the land?? I wonder if his eulogies will be filled with praise and words of genuine love and affection? President Carter lived a life devoted to God, Country and family. What an inspiration for future Presidents or citizens to aspire to. A genuine man of God. Thank you Mr. President. RIP

Look at trump not paying attention as the speaker is talking about being kind. I wonder how much Trump had to pay Melania to attend the funeral with him?

How do you know he's not paying attention? Chances are you are reading too much into it.

@ Because I know what ADHD looks like he wasn’t paying attention and kindness is not something he would perk his ears up to listen to he could care less about kindness. He’s never been kind a day in his life.

@CindyLeeMatte I don't care what the other mindless lemmings are saying. The opinion of the TDS deranged isn't a great thing to go on. You just have a bias against him and are reading into something that isnt there. You'd be criticizing him if he was cackling at every joke told. It doesn't matter what he does you'll attack him because you are obsessed. You are making claims with no information whatsoever. You have no clue whether he was paying attention or not.

Beautiful service and a great message. Trump and Melania look quite uncomfortable. They also apparantly don't know how to be respectful at a funeral. Maybe they think there's going to be a test on the program they both can't stop looking at. They need to pay attention. Out of all those people, they need to hear it more than anyone else. RIP President Jimmy Carter.

Amazing speech! The Trump family body language and lack of emotion and connecting with this, says a lot
