If Banks leaves, it could be addition by subtraction, as long as he is replaced with a quality DC. The key to success is controlling the line of scrimmage. Nico needs to have confidence that his OL is going to protect him once he drops back to pass; Nico was hit entirely too much this past season. When Heupel was hired, I felt like he had "to settle" for some of his position coaches because UT had been a train wreck under Pruitt. The team has improved, the fan support has always been behind this team even during the lean years. I would love to see an upgrade in a few coaches, the players have got to be developed far better than they have been...Just my thoughts
