Hey Blair. So I was looking for a movie to watch, saw prom, remembered you were in it and decided to finally watch it. Lol. Even having a small role in a movie is amazing. Being in a movie, even as an extra is on my bucket list. In my opinion, everyone should try and have as many different experiences as they can in life. I know nothing about beauty and fashion, but I love you and your sister's videos. I wish you both luck in all your future plans.

If you're paying to carry on your dog on Delta they do not require the health certificate. If you are shipping your dog when their employees are handling your dog you need the certificate. I fly with a dog often and have never needed a health certificate. Each airline sets their own policy. You should check their policy because I'm .99.9% sure you've been spending money you don't have to.

The health certificate situation depends on the state where your flying to and from and on the airline, there are some airlines that don't require the dog to have it, check that on their site next time you travel! :)
