I know this is a love song for couples but, most of this reminds me of my grandpa. i miss him so much and skipping rocks in Tennesee is what i remember most of him. He was a sweet soul and this just reminds of him so much.
@sarahshoemaker61507 жыл бұрын
who cares what the original meaning was? The great thing about poetry is it can mean whatever it means to you (as long as it's supported.) Your meaning most definitely is. Remember your Grandpa in this song, there is nothing incorrect in your interpretation.

@@sarahshoemaker6150 So thought guys who check answers to final exams for high school in my country. Result? one poet nearly failed exam made about her own poetry as exterminators thought it's more important what it means for them (also, exams are anonymous for exterminators) :)

Nemo TheEight that’s pretty funny lol. I find that a lot in language arts-the tendency to ignore fluidity if interpretation.

I love the space this puts my head in. Such a calm, happy space. And the line "Where cicadas buzz and we are so in love and" honestly just transports me to a cabin by a lake where everything is golden. I love this song and I love playing it on repeat while I write! It's music that inspires me to make something that's as emotional and powerful and just full.

I went back to Clarksville TN in mid August from Tacoma WA. I am transferring my job from there back home in Tennessee where I belong the people here in the Tacoma area are cold and unfriendly, for instance you try to be kind and you show them that care about them and they will blow you off, back home in Clarksville or the state of Tennessee for that matter it's not that way. I miss the Cicadas buzzing. Tennessee is so full of life, here in Tacoma the people are miserable unless you live on the country side. Can wait to move back home.
@sire_pixels97658 жыл бұрын
