@catherinequigley569 She's made it much easier for out of state property management groups to come here and buy up all the housing which is driving up prices for families and new home buyers while draining the available property space for Tennesseans. I'm in Middle TN West of Nashville and no one who lives here is from here anymore. Marsha's policies have cut spending on critical infrastructure like roads and bridges which are crumbling to pieces - especially off the highway - and it can't sustain the influx of transplants moving here but Marsha and her ilk refuse to address it.
