I absolutely love the way you broke this down. It is so frustrating when other channels focus on the chords and ignore the strumming pattern.

Wow! This is what I actually looking for, full song and 2chords to follow. You are amazing.

I’m so excited for this one, gonna save it to watch later. I need a song to really commit to learning. I normally watch a video once but then try a different one the next time, so I want to commit to this one for a week so I can play it consistently

Hi i just viewed your beginner Tennessee whiskey brake down very pleased with the lay out iam 67 year old late starter and got wrapped up with chords ,I am struggling due to arthritis in left hand so cant form some chords and bar chords, its my first finger which is affected so been at it for about 6 months and don't seem to progressing as fast as i wanted I bought a Yamaha APX 600 Which i love ,Things are tight at the moment so cant afford a full course at the moment BUT ,Hey onwards and upwards .I will Just keep going .

Good teacher m8. I cut my pointer finger off a couple years back and had to train all over and change basically everything I knew about playing. My pinky is now my main finger. All my chords are backwards from traditional playing. Yet I play easily 5 times better now then I did before because in that time of learning a new way I learned more about the instrument I've been playing for 22 yrs.

May be just because it’s an easy song but you definately made this simple to understand. Blew my mind
@jamesmcqueen60382 жыл бұрын
You should sing the words to the song Tennessee Whiskey while you played it. That would help understand the playing.

Liked and subscribed. There are lots of beginner guitar player KZbin channels but as soon as you said you also have a lesson going over the solo and everything else, that's the missing link that those other channels lack. I'm a fan already and your new subscriber with the bell tapped for all notifications too!!

Btw wrong chords the actual Chris Stapleton version is in a and b minor so anyone using this is playing the song wrong.
@scottd87532 жыл бұрын
And, once you learn this song, you have already learned "I'd Rather Be Blind" by the great Etta James.
@wademarlar96162 жыл бұрын
Sounds great but I have a question didn’t Chris Stapleton do it out of A an Bm just wandering that’s the way he did it when I seen him playing it . But all chords are movable. Peace brother
@tsquared48312 жыл бұрын
Yes you are correct what this guy is doing is making it alot more simple. This gives the beginner an easier way to play it cause the Bm chord can be very difficult to do

Play that song the right way. This Chris Stapleton version sux. George Jones did it right.
@martinjanssen86802 жыл бұрын
is there a specific reason why on the G cord you have on the 5th string the D note and not just leave it open as a B note?? both are crucial for a G chord, i just think it would be easier for beginners to leave it open as a B note.... just wondering
@FloridaStairSupply2 жыл бұрын

Not easy to sing, and not easy to play all of the licks! You are just stumming, not even bouncing from C to G and Am!
