Honestly, it should have gone that way, in my opinion. Haha.
From the beginning to the end, I have and always will be a fan of H&Hr. Their relationship is too beautiful that no words can describe it. But I'm not going to go against JK Rowling. She is a pure genius for just making the series. She certainly taught me that reading books are fun. Lol.
Anywayss I wanted to leave you all with a special video. [Inspired by NeverMeansForeverr R&F video]. It's kinda like my "Something Worth Living FOr" video, but no manips, just pure and sweet Harmony. :)
I'm not sure when my next video will be up, because I don't know how crazy busy I'll be in school. So, hopefully this holds you up for at least a month or two. Soo enjoy the video [sorry if you don't like long videos ahaha]!

I can never bring myself to ship Romione. It's never worked out for me. A reason I ship Harry and Hermione is because before everything, they were friends - best friends. They know everything about eachother, everything there is to know. They trust eachother. They work together in a way that makes you feel there's more than friendship between them. I totally agree. Some people say they have more of a sibling connection, but for me it's actually Hermione and Ron who look like brother and sister. Im so glad there's at least one more person who sees things the way I do. The story had every element telling us that Harry and Hermoine were meant for each other. At least until the 4th movie. I don't understand why some people never saw it. After the final scene of GOF I was so sure it was going to be H/Hr there was absolutely no doubt abt it. And then I was shocked to watch the trailer of HBP. Hadn't read the books back then. well I can't talk on behalf of the books cs I haven't read all fo them but still the characters cant be too different. With the books it was possibly worse. Ginevra was nearly invisible for book 3 and 4, and book 4 ended with not just Hermione kissing Harry's cheek, but JKR needed to point out specifically it was something she had never done before. Then there was a 3 year gap between book 4 and 5, and then it went all downhill and Harry became another shallow teenager who loved the only girl who was unconditionally there for him 'like a sister', while falling for his best friend's little sister who all of a sudden was the hottest chick at school. Have we ever been shown a reason why Harry liked Ginevra at all other than that she wasn't weepy, unlike Cho. Nope, all her qualities have been given when Harry was not there. Bat-Bogey Hex? Yes, the twins tell about it, but Harry never sees it. And how convenient that Ginevra is essential in winning the Quidditch Cup while Harry has detention. But hey, when the war is over, what does Harry do? Go to his 'love' and comfort her as she lost her brother Fred? HAHAHA, OF COURSE NOT! Harry thinks there are more than enough days, months, years to talk with her, but the only persons he wants to see at that moment are Ron and Hermione. That's how deep his love for Ginevra is.

I knew that Hinny and Romione were going to happen while watching the movies as I had read the books before and never thought about them making sense or so. After I saw the dance scene, I saw the "maybe" but didn't put any thought into it. It wasn't that important you know. Why would I think about romance as a 10 year-old :D? Now, years later, I have been reading the books and watching the films again. Even in the books, it is so apparent that Rowling put the jealousy thing between Romione, but Ron was also jealous of Harry in that time. She develops Harmione's relationship more and more until book 5, and it feels as if it will develop even more, maybe turn into something romantic. I really wanted to see that relationship growing even more. With the 6th book, their relationship is just harmed, they fight more, they are out of character in most cases, and Harry is all over Ginny as she is the popular and pretty girl that is liked by everyone. Personally, I didn't like Ginny's character. She became an aggressive and arrogant girl at an instant and people call this "badass." She disrespected Hermione when Harry was fighting with her because of HBP book, which I think Hermione was right about. She just accepted Harry's will to break-up at the instant... She had no real character at all, she was just a reward or something. What Harmione had was real. They had some issues, they were not perfect, but it was not something that they could not get over. They could just work things out, and it was certainly possible for them to develop into a romantic relationship if it was written like that starting from book 6.

I feel like Hermione never owned up to her feelings because she was always discouraged about her looks and figured he'd pick Ginny over her. So she settled for her childhood crush Ron, mainly because he was just the less desired of the two , so easier to get. And they had "history" . And by history I mean people just figured they'd end up together. She settled. I think your reasoning is right. But it still hurts! When I had read the Philosopher's stone, I thought that Harry would end up with Hermione in the end. Then I searched for the synopsis of the other parts on Wikipedia and found out that it was R/Hr & H/G in the end. I was a bit suspicious at first & my suspicions turned out to be true when I read all the books THRICE. i've always wondered what Hermione saw in Ron?? What the hell? All he does is being all insecure and always making her cry. And Ron/Hermione shippers' reason for their ship is what? Because they bicker like 'a couple'? Their bickering reminds me a lot more like the way siblings bickers and don't see eye to eye. And when she needs a shoulder to cry or quietly leave because she was down, it was Harry who always notices and comforted her. And vice versa, Hermione always seem to be the one who notices when something happens to Harry or feel down. I can't express enough my frustration with the ending! Amazing vid. It's a beautiful portrayal of what I viewed as the most sincere relationship in the whole series. I remember reading the series and getting frustrated by JKR coz I felt like she was forcing the supposedly destined romances w/ Ron and Ginny. There were many things that I found amateurish about JK's writing, but the pairings she made and how they developed made my impression of her reach an all time low. It was good to see her correct that a bit in 7 & the films that paid it tribute.

You're the only vidder who can make me fall head over heels in love with this pairing. I'm sure I've commented with this same sentiment before, but I am not at all a fan of this pairing. I love them as friends, and I think they really understand each other better than anyone else, but I'll never really ship them. Except for the 2 to 5 minutes I spend watching one of your videos... Loved the video and I have to agree, that Harry and Hermione have a great chemistry, that they are soulmates, However, some soulmates are meant to be couples, some are meant to be best friends, who know each other inside out, who understand each other's hopes and dreams and fears. Both being raised in a muggle family, they had a connection from the very beginning. But Rowling decided, to write them this way. And it didn't surprise me in the books in any way that they don't - as some of you say - end up together. Infact, they do - just not as a couple. , Their connection has for me always been kind of innocent. Like brother and sister. And I can tell you, that is something incredibly preciouse too. Honestly, though I cannot really relate to the RonxHermoine couple (it is simply adding up, since Harry got Ginny and all) I favour the Harry and Hermione friendship over a romantic relationship between those two.
