Baby lasagnas story is just mind blowing . This was a reserve song that was not supposed even to compete, he got on stage by accident because contestant dropped out. He had only 1 month to shoot a music video and make a performance , this was the first time he actually performed on stage as singer in front of a camera , he was ( just ) a guitarist before in the background,!!! He had 50 spotify listens for this before Eurovision, not assigned by any music company . He wrote , produced and made this song all by himself in his bedroom . He won Croatian final by a landslide , he got 53 % of total votes. . It is like real life Cinderella story come true, now he is on top amongst the best to win the whole thing.

I still think its amazing for Baby Lasagna to have been a huge favorite for like months, finally winning and then sticking around in the top 3, even as new songs are coming out. It just shows how powerful that song really is! Its currently 2nd and I do expect it to take 1st place in the coming months. Italy cannot keep that 1st place forever! 😸

Maybe the rise of Spain has something to do with the entry of San Marino. Megara is a Spanish band, so maybe the Megara fans were quick to update their scores, which positively affected Spain too.

I love Croatia I think its a great song and its really stuck in my head . But I get the feeling the jury will not like it and that will scupper their chances to win sadly . I would love for a country that has not won yet to get the win . I don’t have a top 10 yet just a top 4 . Croatia Austria France Ireland This could change a bit as Im still waiting on Sweden and Azerbaijan and Australia as these three countries nearly always end up in my top 5 .

I think Tom said this last year about Käärijä: the jury would not ignore a song that sits at the top of the odds. They're not always all about ballads and big voices. And its not like Rim Tim Tagi Dim is a bad song at all, its VERY catchy and memorable. And its also radio friendly!

Compared to the other 'fun' songs, they will upvote it in the final. The lyrics and meaning is there and political commentary is enough for me but dont talk yet! Baby will do better in the semis and final if he can improve in 48, i'm expecting a much more polished performance!

The scoreboard is going CRAZY! Italy remains 1st but then Croatia shoots up to 2nd, then goes down one or two places when other entries came out...then it went back up! People can't decide! But I reckon Italy won't do this well in the real thing. Croatia have a real shot especially with so many people saying it's not as interesting a year (I disagree with this idea though but this is good for Baby!). The points also increased by A LOT overall! Meanwhile, in the odds: CROATIA OVERTOOK UKRAINE and continued to gain momentum, going up to 17%, 2% behind Ukraine and IT ISN'T STOPPING!!!

As someone who is always looking at the scoreboard, i find it fascinating to see what the fandom are thinking. Of course, its easy to skew these results as there will be a pretty sizeable percentage who likely put their own country in first place just because, which is why it is so much fun when the actual Eurovision final happens because the reality exposes the fantasy! I'm anxious to see what happens to these data after the addition Great Britain, Austria, Cyprus, and Netherlands. I suspect we're going to see some fairly serious cannibalization of the pop bop group of songs. Strong, unique pop bops will withstand it, I think. But the more generic pop songs are probably going to be completely decimated. I could be wrong.

it's because the amount of time that has passed since a country entered and the next country arrives. If a new country is about to enter the scoreboard, i need to take the data then before it gets "polluted" by the new country. also Keep in mind that peoples score's only count if theyve updated with the new entries

Hey people’s, I’m a Dutchie that hates gabber or hardcore music. it's just not my style but after listening a few times again. I become totally obsessed with this music. My advice for people who don't like this music on the first time that give ‘EUROPAPA’ some more time and listen again. the reason why this music is going big and (big chance) winning this ESC 2024. 1. in a short time there are so many views. no one in history has managed to get views in such a short time. This song would definitely be top 1 on Televote. 2. there is a big ART, meaning and story inside of this music with a lot of emotion. but most people don't know, their dont give a sh***t. 3. the chorus is constantly stuck in your head. But this brings pleasure, joy and sadness. Like you're on a roller coaster 4. this music is easy to sing. 5. who doesn't like cheerful music. 6. The vibes is amazing, in addition very Getchy. 7.
