Skills? Skills that can not transcended into victory are nothing worth in professional tennis. It is not skills therefore...it is just 'shotmaking' without 'thinking'. Anyone can do that. But if you want to win games and tournaments one needs different skills, namely talent, real talent. He should play in a circus, maybe as a circus clown.

But, skills to me is any great and smoothly executed thing. Spinning a pen between the fingers is a skill. Also don't think "anyone" can hit that smash or "anyone" can hit a pacy tweener or his serves. He's not winning tournaments with it, of course he doesn't. *Double checks if Markus Ableitinger was a pro so rightfully he thought anyone could do that* Just backing up my statement, cheers

Tennis is fortunate to have Kyrgios. He is so fun to watch no matter what is going on, you're always going to get a show. Shouldn't matter to anyone else whether he reaches his potential or not if it doesn't matter to him, just sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

Not entirely true, I watched a match of his in Australia and I suppose he wasn't on his game because he quickly lost without saying anything then left, it was rather disappointing. Most of the time I can agree he is very entertaining to watch.

Love this guy. Some of the most inspirational tennis in the last 10 years. And despite all the 'bad boy' nonsense, I've never seen him really abuse another player or someone in the crowd and, in fact, he's often courteous and generous.

Dude really is something else. I think he's had some major growth since the last Wimbledon run. I think his reputation is a little skewed by a lot of people. One of my friends who played on my college's tennis team went to a tourney in FLorida I think and he got to meet Nick. Said he was incredibly nice. THey were actually sitting right with him in the stands and said he was super appreciative of his fans.

Coming here after seeing Nick's interview with Jay Shetty. The guy was going through his darkest days while playing the best tennis of his life. He's been unfaurly put through alot. I love that many of us can still appreciate how good he is despite everything he was going through, how the media were portraying him and how people treated him. @kino music you have to remember Nick has never had a full time coach his entire adult career. he also stays up late gaming alot, goes out often and is known to only train for an hour two, rarely does he put in a solid 6 to 8 hour training session. when you consider all this, his skills are actually off the charts! you think how many players are out there dieting, getting full time coaches, training daily and they still csnt beat this dude. Nick is also one of only two people to beat Roger, Rafa and Nole on their first meeting and has had some insaneatches with all them too. Belive me he is talented!

I have not been a fan of his as far as his on court antics and often times disrespect to his opponents, fans, the game of tennis and most importantly himself.....but he is maturing and it's nice to see that, he still has "his moments", but I can watch him and truly amazed at his athleticism and his amazing quickness and speed of racquet.....Nick you will win a Grand in due time!
