Volt can probably do short bursts tho since they're still at the stage of being assimilated by the helminth and that they get tired when overusing their abilities. But Volt be faster on his cycle.

I'm curious how they're going to handle the skins. For those unaware, DE has stated that we'll be able to get the Protoframe characters as skins for the related frames. I'm wondering if they'll be handed to us for free as part of the story (whether directly rewarded or obtained via a shop with currency from a new mode), or if they'll be handled like deluxe skins (purchased with platinum).

Albert entrati was being tormented by a demon (the man in the wall) so he came up with a plan and somehow managed to go back in time in order to stop his demon before it existed and he comes into existence the second the new year goes to 2000 thats why he gets that smile after telling Arthur (proto excal) that hes to late or at least thats my general understanding

From the little I understand, Albrecht needed to find a place where Man in the Wall doesnt exist yet so he can meet you without Wally overhearing the two of you. So, he time travels to alternate 1999 and creates an offshoot timeline where he shares the warframe and technocyte virus tech, making sort of a pocket doomed timeline where Wally reaches Albrecht and infects the timeline exactly when the clock strikes midnight and year 2000 begins. So, we apparently have to possess one of the warframes in 1999 and speak to albrech before the clock strikes midnight, presumably speaking with Albrecht through another host(Volt or Mag?) during the time Arthur(excal) blacks out and regains his consciousness too late to reach Albrech himself.
