When you played the low f# to the low f I noticed you overtoned. Maybe try to opening your throat and use more air when going down into the low register

Yeah still struggling with the low notes, getting better but even if I can hit them there's a weird squeak before I get to the low note, I'm trying to play around with my embouchure to get better notes coming out too, just tricky as a beginner! A lot of my notes in this video are super unstable too, I guess that'll improve over time
