None of these worked but luckily I saw someone suggest deleting some old stuff and offloading apps to free more storage up worked I made sure I had more then 10 gb of storage

I didn't delete the update from my storage even tho it got stuck needed to verify i just restarted my phone and it worked hopefully this helps guys
