It is different for every person - the rehab plan has to be tailored to your specific case (severity of injury + current tolerance to loading). How about using it to contract the calf and then loading the tendon, so the tendon has more load through it?

That would be a different setting , not TENS - it is EMS and yes, you can use that in rehab.

Can you offer your thoughts on at-home diathermic treatments? Looking at T-Shells and King Brand devices. I had rupture and surgery a week ago.

I don't actually know what the research shows for diathermy - I will ad it to the list to investigate but it will take a while.

Do you have treatment for de quervain's tenosynovitis?i don't want to undergo surgery.

With ems can it help achilles tendonitis can you also use tms or ems for bursitis for healing with heating pads.

Compex SP 4.0 MUSCLE STIMULATOR have TENS programme, and also have TENDINITIS programme, as I understand its different, can you tell if its can heal tendon or have same effect like TENS?

So, there has been no electrotherapy device that has been shown to heal tendons - TENS only helps pain, if you us NMES on the calf muscle, it can enhance strength. I don't know what those programmes in your machine targets.
