I just got one of these the other day. Very helpful "walk thru". Thanks. I have a question. Before I got the Tens 3000, I had an IcyHot tens unit. Definitely not as powerful as THIS one. Anyhow, in their manual, they mentioned not placing the gel pad directly on the spine but rather, on either side of it. Is that a good rule to go by?

I have this very unit, but I wear it to work and sometimes the probes pull loose when I am working. Is there any way to keep the pad and wire connected. It helps me make it through the day.

Great question, depending upon your skin type will determine how many times you can use the pads effectively. What body part are you applying the stim pads to? You may be able to secure with an ace bandage or some kind of low cost wrap. I am happy to source a low cost wrap for you so just let me know the body part so I can send you link.
