SIR PLEASE CLEAR MY DOUBT 🙏🙏🙏🙏 1-Sir if designation is not given in the question of notice or email then is it compulsory to write designation after name in email ?? 2-Are there any guidelines for the no. of lines to be left in the letter writing because in our school we are told to leave 3 lines after address of the receiver in formal letter. 3-Do we have to leave lines while writing address of sender, date, receiver's address in formal because we were told not to leave any line there. 4- We have to Sir or Dear Sir ?
