I finally replaced the tensioner pulley on my Infiniti FX35. It was surprisingly easy and only took about 30 minutes.

Thanks for the info. There's SOOO much room in the engine bay of the FX35! So easy to change the oil filter as well. Rare to see nowadays. So cool.

@@craigslistseller9354 yes every that works on this car talks about how much room is on the engine bay. I love this car, there are plenty of parts available to repair and modify any part of this vehicle. I dropped a new engine last year with approximately 30k miles on it. I'm impressed with the way this older car drives. My intentions are to put a performance crank pulley on next

Can't wait to get rolling on my recently-purchased 2003 FX35 Sport with its original shiny Laser Red paint (no paint peel) and 155K miles. The exterior and interior are in very good, but far-from-perfect condition. Only glaring item is the infamous cracking dashboard soft surface vinyl. But for a 20+ year old vehicle, it's held up better than any of its European competition and even some of its Japanese counterparts from Lexus and Acura. Even my neighbor's 2017 Tacoma has paint peeling on it. Yikes! I'll I'll take the FX any day over its contemporary ML, X5, Cayenne, RX or MDX luxury ute competitors! None of them give the driver the visceral experience of an FX!!!
