He deals with promoters and knows what they want creatively so as manager he has to manage to a degree creative input, because of bertos vision creatively isn't what the promoters want, it affects the bottom line, which is bookings, and rebookings and prospective bookings, the money.

Not sure how long he's been the choreographer, but every Freedia show I've seen on KZbin looked like a sloppily thrown together mess, with no clear focus (which, btw, should be Freedia). No cohesion whatsoever which makes it seem like a bunch of random people pulled from the audience up on stage for a dance battle. After seeing Beyonce's show behind the scene, Freedia wants to put on the production that Wilberto can not provide. Anyone can put some dance moves together & call themselves a choreographer. She needs someone with experience putting on a SHOW.
