There is no such thing as the 'black card'. There _is_ racism. Don’t agree with everything the chief is doing but at least he is trying to do something to better the city the unions have no confidence because he is trying to make a change for the better lived in Henderson since I was 2 and remember it not being as safe as everyone says the crime surge is because of stupid criminals not hiding their criminal activities and people actually reporting crimes it has gotten worse since the police department opened their own academy
