There is no such thing as the 'black card'. There _is_ racism. Clearly, you know _nothing_ about this country's history with white racism & how white people have leveraged their once mighty numerical advantage (and still do) to oppress people of black descent. This is as much about the ongoing psychological disorder of white supremacy, and desire to lynch (financially, in this case) people of black descent every & any chance that they get. They are sick-minded people.

@@JesusIsLordLasVegas please stop being a victim! Its such a hard way to live. I am from the island of Hawaii and i”m what you call a negro Filipino. I been prejudiced by my own people to this day! I came from the gutter and i did more time in prison than you could ever do! I was on the mentality that everything was against me and the system was rigged for only white people. Once i looked within and realize that i needed to take responsibility of my own choices and actions only then i became a productive citizen in this country! Clearly you judge people without knowing their past and also you are so blinded by whats going on with this race baiting you are not seeing that you are being manipulated by people you don’t even know. So sad that you will never move forward from victimhood until you look within and heal! Live life for you and what you can do to change yourself because this is the only way our society can move forward for the better. I am making a difference for my people because i am not a victim! I am a proud Illocano who is changing the racism within my people by being compassionate and also forgiving to my fellow humans. The reason we have racism is fear. I fear no one or no race but God!

@JesusIsLordLasVegas2 жыл бұрын
The 'kindergarten tactic' of the new white supremacy is doing just what these officers did, feign upset at being called out on their white racism while simultaneously behaving in a manner that seeks to oppress black people while reinforcing that very white racism. Get it? Passive-aggressive white supremacy is the new norm.

@@JesusIsLordLasVegas wtf are you talking about? This has nothing to with race or feeling superior. Stop using that as an excuse for any criticism that happens to be directed towards a blac person. @JesusIsLordLasVegas2 жыл бұрын
@@barryholiday8998 It has _everything_ to do with race. If it was simply a criticism that this white police force had with his conduct or performance, then they wouldn't have sensationalized & elevated their level of malcontent & vitriol to the point where they're now in front of the city council for crying out loud. Do you understand the differences? These officers are _employees_ who believe that _they_ should have some sort of overriding & superseding right to _tell their boss how to do his job_ . Tell me, Barry, in what world do you live where such a practice is a normal & accepted part of the American workplace environment? Do you tell your boss what to do? I thought so.
@barryholiday89982 жыл бұрын
@@JesusIsLordLasVegas lol, first of all the entire police force is NOT white so your whole premise is wrong. Second of all, employees do have a right to criticize especially when they are part of a union. You clearly don’t know how public sector unions work. You just want to see racism everywhere like a hammer searching for a nail. Hate to break it to you but the majority of the country is not race obsessed like you are. And by using racism as an excuse for everything you cheapen the term and diminish its power. You also are willing to overlook any real grievance and criticism simply due to your bias. What is the chief is really incompetent and doing harm? You’re just willing to let that slide because he’s black? That’s racist.
@JesusIsLordLasVegas2 жыл бұрын
@@barryholiday8998 You are deflecting again. The "right to criticize" is not the issue here. This is about _disenfranchsing_ someone of black descent, lynching him from his position of power over the largely white police force, and yet another example the white police force _weaponizing their false claims of incompetence_ against _yet another_ black police Chief. Read that again, Barry. I'm sure your white mind will deduce this _second_ attempt at terminating _yet another black leader_ from from employment, from their livelihood, & from their ability to do their jobs, earn money to feed themselves & their families, advance in life, success, & progress, as some sort of coincidence & not due to the very display of institutional racism happening right before your eyes. Do you not know & understand the problems that white people & their racism have caused people of black descent for _hundreds of years in this country_ , up till & including today? That they've leveraged their once formerly mighty & yet still disproportionate numerical strength to gang-up on, target, harass, corroborate each other's lying accounts & stories, and ultimately use it all as a cudgel to silence and oppress people of black descent? I can clearly see that you are uneducated on the matter & shouldn't be proffering an opinion here. Do you not not know that white people made this country _race obsessed_ ? Wow, you are so ignorant & naive that it's sad. But, your display here is typical white _willful blindness & ignorance_ when it comes to confronting your own racism problems & the problems that it causes people of black descent. Did you that the city of Henderson is 72% white? What makes you think that the majority of their officers wouldn't also be majority white? I'll wait for you to provide employee demographics that show otherwise. You are in no position to be suggesting to someone with _firsthand knowledge & experience_ with the very type of racist targeting that Chief Andres is experiencing, and certainly in no position to suggest to _anyone_ of black descent that they shouldn't confront, challenge, & expose white supremacist conduct at every turn, as they recognize it & see fit to do so. _The experience gives the right_ , Barry, and you are unqualified. Your problem is that you're upset that the Chief and his supporters throughout the valley are rightfully standing up to & confronting it, more than likely because you also behave in a similar _targeting_ & _running out_ manner in your own workspace, don't you?
