9: the man who wanted to end the Cycle of war with the darlek by any means but then met rose Mickey and jack then saw that a coward is better then a murderer if it means losing everything you try to protect in the process 10: by the time he said his last words to rose just before the rift closed for good he was heartbroken not for losing his companion but not getting to tell her how he feels but just like magic Donna noble appeared in the tardis but she didn’t want to go with him so he left and after Donna left the doctor realizes that he would be alone for a while a feeling to we’ll know for him but he was not alone for long for he met another person to travel with her name was Martha Jones but soon after the doctor met the face of boe for the final time with his dying breath he told the doctor (you are not alone) and shortly after hearing his last words he would come to see his words didn’t mean good news so he met his long time rival the master he took over the world with the children or the future but the doctor was able to save the universe but the master was not just his rival but his friend and the last of the time lords so he wanted to help him see a better way. But his wife that was under his control shot the master the doctor pleaded for the master to regenerate but he refused and he kept pleading and pleading and pleading but eventually the master died and now the doctor was truly alone in the universe so the doctor burned the masters body and never looked back. some time later the doctor reunited with Donna then the 3 continued traveling Wasn’t able to finish the rest

my favorite Doctor is the Tenth Doctor and the moment he became my favorite is when, in the episode “New Earth” he choses to SAVE the mindless artificial humans instead of killing them like anyone else would. He chose to be better for their sakes since they were all still innocent people. That is when I realized that he is not a hero with a weird box, but a good man that has gone to hell and back for the universe and who, once in a while, when the stars are aligned and everything is perfect, is still a kind man at heart.

I think part of the fall of this show is that it’s lost this disintegratingly heavy gravity, this depressingly realistic macabre; when you’re the only member left of a species of billions, a species that can control the principles of time and space themselves, you’re not going to have it easy. You will be a solemn, forgotten warrior, who keeps trudging through the mud because you can’t stop, or you’ll sink... but others still join you, and you try and warn them but they still drown. Enough of the show trying to be “woke”, enough redemption arks, enough bland plot design, bring back the grit that this show deserves. The pain that pushes it further.

Moffat ruined tenants whole arc by bringing back Gallifrey and then doing completely nothing with it. Infecting his trend of being to much of a wimp to let people die on an era he didn’t even write 🙄

I wouldn't say Tennant's whole arc solely relied on gallifrey being back or not but ye moffat did major fuckity wuppity with gallifrey, even with bringing it back he could've done much more with it to make the comeback seem worthwhile and now it's been completely destroyed again for some random reason

James I meant arc as in character building. His whole personality built on the paint and regret he faced, the guilt, the lonely god, hating weapons and hating war and doing his best to solve the problems with words. And then the further loss he faced, his reluctance to get too close to people like Jenny because she reminds him of everything he’s lost, and then the brutal pain when she was shot (and then brought back to life never to be seen again because Moffat suggested it of course), his bond with the master, his pain when he died, sparing Dalek Caan because he didn’t want to commit another genocide, the guilt around Pompeii, the waters of mars, the timelord victorious, the end of time. All of this is now retroactively pointless because Gallifrey was chilling at the end of the universe all this time. Actually taking a look at Moffats influence and the people he actually kills and keeps dead is actually shockingly laughable. One of the only people he genuinely kills is Madame De Pompadour and that’s only because history tells us she died aged 42

Oh fuck off with this tired ass bullshit. If anything, Moffat improved 10. 1. He justified his regeneration my making it so that Tennant was the second to last regeneration. 2. His arc is all the more tragic without Gallifrey being destroyed, because he still thinks that he destroyed it. Those people on Gallifrey as well as the future Doctors all know that it's okay, but 10 still thinks that he did it, and he has to live with that. In ignorance.
