Thank you for doing the panniers bag research for us. I had the similar problem with the Aventon Level 2 bike rack. Ride On!

Wondering if your segment on fitting a pannier onto this bike is worth posting as a stand-alone video. Might come up if people buy this bike and are searching for a solution.

Thanks for a great review Trent! I’m curious if the range has improved at all now that you’ve had a few months to ride it? The ~25 miles you achieved in your test ride is quite a bit less than the advertised 62 miles…

Very interesting critical review. European one’s unusually are much more about the specs like weight, battery capacity or torque, yours is in depth about range and extent of motor support at different levels. Important to me, as I *might* ride this bike to Paris from my home town in Germany. Planning to do five 80-100km days once I have all my gear, the money and the time. Plus, the strength and stamina for such a trip. No small detail…😊

finally a video on this bike that actually adresses some issues with it, good job. i've read that the battery capacity needs a few cycles to reach full potential, maybe that is the reason for the short range you got? i really like the look of the bike so i ordered it and thanks to you i just ordered the 20mm ortlieb hooks as well

This is great! Yeah I think reviewers need to be honest in their reviews. There’s plenty good; but a few design choices that make me go, “what were they thinking?!” Hope you’ve been enjoying the bike!

With regards to panniers a solution could be to use an Atran Velo adapter.

In my research that is incredibly hard to find in the US!
