Thank you for the precious teachings. Just a small rectification about the true meaning of anicca (word coming from Pali language) meaning impermanence. upekkhā is equanimity. It doesn't really matter anyways. They are only words at the end! 😄

Not Listened to Dharma in a good few years. I enjoyed that, talk, reminded me of the foundations. As I work in a Kitchen and witness a lot of ego and control, I have to investigate the necessity of certain behaviours to get people to work for you. I have come up with two motivations why some works for you. One is Fear the other, I believe is gratitude. So as a dharma practitioner how do we motivate, inspire, influence or control people to get the work done. Is it a case of taking the middle way between the Black and the White and invoke a balance of the two, with the correct motivation? Just a question that's going through my mind at the moment..
