oil rigs are also the 1 place where this much bright paint is absolutely realistic. oil rigs are very dangerous and so everything is designed to catch your eye and not blend in so you dont trip an fall etc

hard disagree with like 90% of the ign review this lady went in here expecting a free roam open world game with a story that would give her nightmares, but failed to take into account the entirety of the game she just spent 6 hours playing. if i walk into a bakery looking for a donut, but i end up getting a muffin and i think it's a pretty darn good muffin, i don't then drop a complaint about it saying "the muffin i got didn't taste or look like the donut i wanted. 6/10, but you'd get the same experience watching someone eat the muffin" if the game you played was different from the game you expected (and your job is to review the GAME, not your expectations of it), then you could at least review it properly. i wouldve said maybe 8/10, the story felt one dimensional throughout, but it was told well. the horror was more than just scary monsters, it was psychological like teo said; about how these people who were still relatively young expected to see their loved ones sooner or later, and now most of them have either died or are literally walking corpses screaming about how much they wish to see their families again. the ending was in your face about that exact message. i mean come on, if she paid attention she would've seen it

2:04:05 I've not watched the whole thing so I don't know if it's revealed later, but my theory on the heli crash is that there was a fight in the heli because the boss wanted to leave, but the guy with him wanted to go back and rescue the player. It'd make sense to me that a physical altercation might arise in the helicopter which would cause it to crash in the chaos of it all. Thats just my theory though.

I think Rennick might've touched the eldritch masses growing on the oil rig, hence why he warned Caz to "not touch it". Considering touching it in the game for too long causes "damage" (or what the game counts as damage), I imagine Rennick touhced it and it hurt him (actually infected him) and he didn't realise it.

I'm not sure if this is the right thing, but the "Secret Project" was basically Teo experimenting with a slightly different style of video editing. Basically less time and effort being put into YT vids, in exchange for more frequent but still good quality uploads.

To answer your question yes Scottish is vanilla😂 like we can obviously hear different dialects but I feel since "standard" American and English accents tend to be the more common voices in media it's easier to listen to yourself and go, oh yeah I have a pretty strong accent
