Anderson will fight for the first time as a pro in his hometown, just a few days shy of the 104th anniversary of Jack Dempsey’s historic win over Jess Willard on July 4, 1919, at Toledo’s Bay View Park. Dempsey's triumph heralded a new era in his illustrious career, and Anderson expects to do the same in his first headlining attraction.
In the 10-round heavyweight co-feature, Montreal-based wrecking ball Arslanbek Makhmudov takes on Nigeria’s Raphael Akpejiori. The Makhmudov-Akpejiori showdown rounds out a doubleheader featuring four undefeated knockout artists with a combined record of 64 wins and 61 stoppages. Anderson-Kossobutskiy and Makhmudov-Akpejiori will be broadcast live on ESPN, ESPN Deportes and ESPN+ at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.

I agree that it should have been more like a 6 round difference but I can see why a few of the judges scored the first rounds for Taylor. Is just a paycological thing when you have a bigger guy pressing forward. But clearly that wore off around the 5th round when teo took over. You just gotta realize the at the people scoring these are also people, and you have to at least give them credit for having free will and taking more than one thing I to consideration. HOWEVER there have been cases where the only logical exploration is money under the table.

To see how this could have been taken to its illogical conclusion: Judges Steve Gray (England) and Joseph Pasquale (USA) both had the bout 115-113 for Lopez, and in both cases, Lopez had to win the 12th round - and he did - to avoid what would have been a majority draw if those two had scored that round for Taylor.

It seems like they planned to take it away from Teo once again. First they took away four titles which Josh never lost, then they tried to squeez at least a split decision but failed. Teo knew they gon' try and rob him so he did his best and still judge gave him MINIMAL edge on points. 115-113? This fight was a textbook defenition of a 117-111.
