Hiya, I train in Adelaide, Australia... unfortunately a little far away to benefit from your expertise in person :) I did try this technique with a few different training partners, and it has worked quite well with the smaller guys but i still can't budge the big fellow - but then, he has been researching the same things and is onto what I'm trying to do... more practice needed for me I think! :D

Hello there, I was very happy to find your video :) I'm currently researching escapes from kami shiho gatame, because my training partner is 110kg of pure muscle (he's a guy and I'm a female) and I have a hard time shifting him once we're in the position... is this escape do-able with a partner who is a lot bigger and stronger than you are? (I will be trying it tomorrow at training, of course... maybe with practice I can get out from under) :D cheers!

Sorry, but NOTHING will work against someone that big, especially if they have the slightest clue what they're doing.
