He was good but 200k from normals is death, which is why we have to salute him for good. Broly took over, just like Zamasu took over after Cooler. Now that's it, he's in dodge or die territory and he's a dr unit only, there's nothing we can do aside using items and prayers from a full dodge build. As for Demigra, he was the last boss of the saga, he's the ext best slot 1 tank of the saga and his SA raises def of ext units. There's no logic behind Dokkan not making him the new Ext 200% lead of Crossover + DBH, just like Rose and Hearts were before him.

Usable on fast events as a s7 unit but 2 of them as leader is almost unusable

Fusion Zamasu isn't a top 10 unit. Now I find he still runs pretty well in the current meta but there are just so many better units now.
