where do you get luggage tag for your luggage when boarding these trains? I keep seeing people use the tags but don't know where to get them. And do you have to confirm your ticket somehow? Like in a machine?

Sorry, as far I know there is no luggage tag for this train.. I buy ticket on machine and just tap in the train

J'ai acheté le billet de TER sur l'application SNCF Connect. Ou sinon vous pouvez l'acheter à la machine qui est disponible à la gare

Ce trajet là est effectué uniquement par la ligne K12, qui circule uniquement les weekends et jours fériés, et ce 2 fois par jour, donc c'est un train assez rare Il dessert les gares de Paris Nord, Creil, Longueau, Arras, Douai et Lille Flandres

Good that they brought the 'normal' train back, but I am not sure about the train interior. 2hrs in a subway setting is not nice : The hard white light is not nice. And more so, 2+3 seating ?! how do adults fit in with 3 ?! As a kid we would be 4 on the back seat of the car ...but with 3 adults in this train? 🙄
