This reminds me of the times when Velika used to be actually crowded most of the time. Tera had its issues but I had a fun time playing it for more than 5 years. Thank you for that, Tera. Also, MCHM's last boss will always be one of the boss fights with the best, most fun mechanics I have ever experience (specially when duo'ing the debuff mechanic). Long live the sexy queen Manaya.

devs should design mmorpgs so they are playable offline after their servers are over, with tweaks so its soloable. its not the same like playing with others, but at least all that content doesn't go to waste. they should resell it as a single player buy to play version with the customization and content intact.

Thanks for making action-combat a thing on MMOs. Thanks for making one of the raids I had the most fun going through (Wonderholme). Thanks for adding BAMs which made the leveling/quest fun and interesting. Wish this game didn't suffered so much for being in the middle of a legal dispute between two companies and didn't suffered from the curse so many games have, that is when a game grows beyond the developer's expectations and then they end up with an amazing product on their hands but without the experience/knowledge to carry it forward into the future and make it grow properly. pd: when server officially goes down at 11:58 and all sounds are replaced by the wind on the background, it made me tear up a bit, like its the moment the "heart" of the game goes flatline and everyone stood still and quiet, paying their respects... oh god so much good memories I had of this game and even though I stopped playing it a long time ago, those memories and all the fun I had playing Tera will never go away. I feel like a tiny part of me died inside when servers go offline at 12:13

@@19powpow91 ive played it for like 2months. They removed the whole pay shop and put every item in the tikat store. U can get tikats by doing dungeons or battlegrounds (like 500 for a normal one) u can then spend them on outfits or whatever u like (hat mask and backpack all cost 2.500tikats each, dress cost 5000tikats and weapon skins 6000tikats) u can also choose if u wanna start at lvl 70 incase ur a reaturning player and too lazy to grind all the starter dungeons again.the rest is pretty much the same i think. Highest gear is kaia gear and a few character buffs might be a bit broken? Not too sure but i heard something with reaper broke and they dont know how to fix it but reaper is still good. Hope that helps

I can't bring myself to uninstall the game even if it saves space because I want to keep that stupid desktop icon as a memory. At one point my whole life revolved around this game and I did stop playing it but I always cherished the memories. I was driving for 16 hours to a celebration of life during which the servers were shut down, so I wasn't able to see TERA in it's last minutes. Thank you for posting this video. FOR THE FEDERATION!

I legit had no idea this was shutting down. I didn't play for too long but I did enjoy what i played. Pretty sad to see it actually go. Had a ton of fun when I played for a few months and absolutely fell in love with one of the classes. I forget the name now, but you had big arm things and you punched people....while tanking. I adored that class. That'll be my most favorite class in any game for a long time I think. I recall quitting as i was tired of how the game was running on my computer. It never was a smooth experience and I wasn't alone in that. It was always fun but could have been more fun and I know I would have played far longer like some people did.

Used to play Tera with my best friend in middle and high school! I remember back when the intro was still about military camps and you being apart of the expedition I was SO excited to play the game and read every dialogue. She and I had so much fun, she ended up level 65 and I lazied around the end and got to level 63. When I went back after a few years to get level 65 (at the time it was the best level) the game was completely empty and it was impossible to complete a dungeon. I also remember joining a guild, god I had so much fun with them, everyone was so unbelievably nice, I remember laughing till i got tears with them, I remember spamming the chat whenever I died in a mission and them comforting me. I remember the guild chef giving me advice and me following him around. They’re good times that are now gone, I am a bit nostalgic but I’m glad I got to live all of this. Hopefully someday in the future another game makes me feel this way. Goodbye Tera !

I have never played and liked Tera but seeing this vid just shows how beautiful are community when it's built. The years that players have spent being in this game and memories are just irreplaceble. I have never stayed in any games I played for longer time like other people do in games like these online MMO but I understand and can see the beauty of a online community such as this in a MMO game just like in real life when bonds have been made for a long time :)

In its beginnings, when all PVP was focused on the open world, it was the best MMORPG in history. Then all its content was summarized at the instances, but it was still an mmorpg that marked the way to all the following ones. I feel very sorry to see that ending, but in part the decisions they made were the ones that sentenced this game. TERA always in my heart.
