First… Excellent video and “Thank you”. Second… is a question! I have the Blackmagic ATEM ISO PRO switcher and I believe I notice you have the same (but the Extreme?). Can with the Spark record a 2-3 camera shoot with it? Noting the recording feature that switcher has to a hard drive.

I definitely appreciate it. Making this videos can be a challenge sometimes. I do have the Extreme ISO ATEM. So Spark itself doesn't have the ability to record but you can send the wireless feed to the ATEM and let the ATEM record the feed. The ISO version of the ATEM will record the entire feed but the non-ISO version will only record the live output, so if you are on another camera angle you wouldn't get the recording of the spark wireless feed until you made it LIVE on the ATEM output side. I hope that answers your question.

Grace, Peace and Thank you… I am working with ATEM ISO Pro and using 1 BMPCC 6K and 2 BMPCC 4Ks. My challenge is putting a 4K on automated slider without a wire connection and that’s why I’m asking can it be done? Will that wireless connection still record to the external hard drive connected to the ATEM switcher and used in the DaVinchi Resolve special editing feature?

hey monte I was thinking if it's a good idea to buy a tablet to use it as a camera monitor and an extra display for the PC for colour correction ( since my monitor is not the best for color correcting videos) maybe you can help me more i was checking 2 products 1. Samsung galaxy tab: it's good for running camera monitor apps since its natively Android but I couldn't find anyone using it as an extra display for windows PC 2. surface tablet: which i guess compatible with windows PC to be used as second monitor also i can run premiere itself but I'm not sure if i can run android apps properly on that using android emulator do you have any suggestion?

can you do the same test latency with the new Hollyland 4K vs Spark 4 ? but teradek is very very expensible for gain 0,010 ms :( the good job, is take all same wifi model. and if you have 3 cam, you have to take 3 same device transmeter.

My issue is that the transmitter gets so hot it could cook eggs. It needs a small quiet fan on the heat sink grill to cool it off. Heat kills electronics so I am worried about the MTBF.

Or definitely gets hot. Teradek claims it’s normal but definitely should have a larger internal fan for the next version.

@@MonteWeaverofficial I put a fan under the grill of the transmitter and it cooled it off to the point the grill was cool to the touch. I would not use this unit outside in the summer without a fan on it. Other than that it is a great little system.

I have 4 sets - all get mad hot - 1 transmitter has a dead display after 2 weeks - 2 sets are totaly unreliable they loose connection even when reciver and transmittter are right next to each other - I have unpaired and paired differnt devices with the teradek app but same bad results - - I can not recommend this product and I realy regret buying into this system and no you will not even get 200´ in line of sight - I have no idea how they can avertise this as 500´ all in all a totaly unreliable product. Got 4 sets for sale now

can you use multiple ones of these in close proximity, if so how many? What's the transmission distance? Is it line of sight or any wall penetration?

I only have one pair so I’m don’t know distance between multiple sets. Transmission distance is 500ft with direct line of sight.
