Dennis said the carrier wheel studs could be moved for a 37" tire, then Dennis said in a super fast voice that it's only recommended for up to a 35" tire. Which is it?

I have a 2017 JK my 35 inch tire fit with the stock bumper and tire mont but when I remove the stock bumper and put an aftermarket bumper on my 35 inch tire no longer fits so I'm concerned that you're 35 in Holes are not high enough. And somebody commented that you took the fourth holes out I liked that I had the option to put it in the fourth holes if I had to. I don't want to buy the product and then it doesn't work with the 35 in holes and then you don't want to take it back because it's kind of scratched up from me installing it.

Why does my tire carrier bracket only have 3 sets of holes instead of 4 like all the TF install videos show? Is my top set for 35's and the 37 hole set is no longer present?
