These things have been sold for years and it is not illegal to sell it. It is only now that its been used in this manner for me this is an attack to SA citizens, we had numerous cases in different areas all at the same time and it's different shops involved, these people set down and spoke, almost like 9/11 in a smaller scale, these guys know what they doing.

I think that these kids didn't know what it was so maybe parents or the spaza shops had it lying around and kids picked it up bought or ate bread at home without washing their hands and it killed them.
