This epic song can never be separated from the situation in the movie. The husband who has rediscovered his long lost love-- his wife and the wife who has rediscovered HER long lost love--music.... The agony in both voices, male and female, is completely of different texture and is brought in by Kishor Da and Lata Didi in such a painfully sweet way.... No one, just no one can do that any more. The Khamaj was depicted very beautifully today.... In an equally beautiful ambience. Thank you.

A classic example of the Rupak taal. Such a beautiful composition. Just wondering how SD sir would have felt after listening to Rahul ji's unfolding of this song. You can tell Rahulji trying hard to confine his vocal prowess so as not to lose the essence of the original song. Aarya has an angels voice. The musicians are super talented as well. The score of this movie is one of the best out there (not to forget the soul stirring 'Wahan kaun hai tera' by SD Burman). I loved Aarya's voice....heard her for the first time.
