I remember hearing Suresh Wadkar ji singing this song for a program named Jammin'. And when he sang this song, he didn't sing like Sonu ji. And that's when I realised that the truest expression an artist can give is their own and not trying to be someone else. Even as I hear your rendition, it's not the same as Sonu ji's which I deeply love, but it's so honest that it moves me! Like I am stumped by how this song works nicely in Rahul Deshpande ji's aesthetic and still works like a charm!

Rahul am a big fan of yours and love the different renditions where you sing each song in your way without copying anybody and make them your own.
