A pro Crawford crowd gave him slight boo’s during the post fight interview in the ring. Many people thought Madrimov won. I had it a draw. Crawford is good but I didn’t see anything that made him “special.” Madrimov is not no bum but he only had 11 professional fights and never beat a world champion to become one. Bud is overhyped and Tszyu would break him in pieces. Maybe that’s why Crawford was always quiet as a church mouse when Tszyu was calling him out before that horrendous Fundora fight. Mad, the champion, threw 275 total punches in a 12 round fight. 158 less than Bud. His power punch percentage was higher than Bud’s but again, he threw 26 less punches. He basically postered/fake punches the entire fight. Had he not postered so much and actually threw punches, he probably would’ve won the fight. He was afraid to be countered punch which I don’t blame him. Good fight and Bud did win in my opinion.
