This was a massacre!! Who could have predicted this? Bud knocked down an undefeated champion 3 times and stopped him! Spence had never been down in his career! Bud is the first boxer to be undisputed in two weight classes, 140 and 147. He's the undisputed #1 pound for pound king and has to go down as an all time great!

I was going for Crawford but that was disapponting from Spence. He got knocked down 2nd round, okay cool. It happens. I'd think he was gonna fight smarter after that rather than using the same tactic to close the distance. The third round comes he comes out gun blazing, same exact style, I'm thinking okay, maybe he just wants to settle the score and get his own knockdown so its more even for the judges. My disappointment comes from Spence making 0 adjustments to his game even after being dropped the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time. It looked like he was fighting for pride rather than to show whos the better boxer. Bud made him look like a D level fighter

The one advantage Spence thought he had was strength, you could see the doubt come in when he tried to push bud to the ropes and bud didn’t budge but bud turned Spence and put him on the ropes I thought it was over.

Man, this the only fight that has brought me close to tears, I’ve been invested in Bud since St Jean fight, I was in awe of his natural ability to react to punches, his natural ability to out dog his opponent, he has been different!!! I’ve said for 5 years he will be too smart and too quick for Spence snd he’s done nothing but prove this to the rest of y’all!!! I BELIEVED!!

I have been saying on several podcasts for awhile know that this fight was not even going to be good. Because bud is a superior fighter. His skilll level at this point can’t be matched. By spence. I also said I believe spence is suffering from post accident trauma. It took a while to catch up to him He is not the same fighter. He blinks his eyes a lot his speech is much slower than 5 years ago his mechanics are predictable. He is powerful but slow.spence had a good career but he needs to retire. And that’s not taking anything away from bud I believe bud would have beat him five years ago. But the fight would have been more competitive.

I kept telling everyone that Bud was stronger than they think, he’s the physically stronger man. Everyone use to try n say the samething about Floyd maywhether, but Floyd was alway stronger than everyone gave him credit for and it’s different when you actually get in front of them and really have to deal with it. Bud was clearly just to overpowering in every aspect, he did it easy.
